Sea Girt Borough Officials are monitoring a powerful Nor'Easter which affect our area tonight through Wednesday.

New Jersey has issued a state of emergency effective 8pm tonight in advance of this storm.

Pay close attention and monitor local weather stations for the latest update.

High surf and rip currents are expected to increase over the next few days.

Rain 3-5" expected during the course of the storm.

Surf 8-10' at its highest.

Winds 40-50mph as of todays update.

Please secure all loose items such as Halloween decorations on your yard.
