* From Tuesday afternoon to tomorrow evening.
* At 6:45 PM CDT Monday the stage was 12.3 feet and rising.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.0 feet early Tuesday afternoon.
* Impact...At 14.0 feet, Widespread areas of Chatauqua Park are inundated in Pontiac.
