* At 715 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area, especially in Brick Township and Manasquan. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen, with additional rainfall expected this morning.
* Some locations that may experience flooding include... Toms River, Long Branch, Asbury Park, Sandy Hook, Lakewood, Barnegat, Tinton Falls, Red Bank, Beachwood, Manasquan, Highlands, and Point Pleasant Beach.
* AFFECTED AREAS: MONMOUTH, NJ ... OCEAN, NJ
