* At 738 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.
* Some locations that may experience flooding include... Newton, Montague, Dover, Hopatcong, Hackettstown, Wharton, Washington, Blairstown, Mount Arlington, Franklin, and High Bridge.
