* Flood Warning for... Northeastern Delaware County in central New York... Otsego County in central New York...
* Until 615 PM EDT.
* At 311 PM EDT, Heavy rain is coming to an end, however, between 2 and 2.5 inches of rain has fallen and water on rivers and streams will continue to rise over the next few hours. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Oneonta, Walton, Delhi, Cooperstown, Davenport, Roxbury, Worcester, Middlefield, Hartwick, Colchester, Maryland, Edmeston, Meredith, Pittsfield, Springfield, Andes, Richfield Springs, Stamford, Otego and Margaretville.
* AFFECTED AREAS: DELAWARE, NY ... OTSEGO, NY
