* At 3:30 PM EDT Tuesday the river level was 9.7 feet.
* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this afternoon to a crest of 10.4 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage tonight.
* Impact...At 7.0 feet, Minor flooding begins upstream on Black River Road.
* Impact...At 10.0 feet, Flooding occurs along Old York Road and in North Branch Village.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 10.3 feet on 04/03/2005.
