* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 5.5 feet just after midnight. It will then fall below flood stage Wednesday evening.
* Impact...At 6.0 feet, Flooding occurs on Vail Road in Montville. The road heading into Parsippany is subject to closures.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 5.5 feet on 03/30/1994.
