The volunteer Wise River Ambulance Service needs four additional EMT's (Emergency Medical Technicians) to continue providing service.  A community-wide meeting was held to discuss this topic on Monday, October 25th.  If four new volunteers are identified by January 1, 2022, our service will continue.  If we cannot find four new volunteers, our local volunteer ambulance service will end operations on March 1, 2022.  The Wise River Ambulance is willing to train and provide schlorships for those who complete licensure successfully and agree to participate in ‘on-call’ responsibilities for our community.  As we try to find solutions, the ambulance service continues to work with local law enforcement and executive leadership.
