East central Harris County in southeastern Texas... * Until 1000 AM CDT. * At 923 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Highlands, moving east at 35 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... Baytown, Deer Park, southern Liberty, Beach City, Highlands, Channelview, Barrett, Crosby, Mont Belvieu, Old River-Winfree, Cove, Morgan's Point, San Jacinto State Park, Sheldon and eastern Houston Ship Channel.
