You're invited to the City's FREE Halloween Carnival THIS Saturday, October 30 from Noon to 5pm. The activities are endless! And there's going to be a baby kangaroo (and some of its friends the snapping turtle, sloth, and alligator, among others). In addition, there is going to be a DJ, carnival games, haunted maze, performances, magic show, balloon animals, lawn games, crafts, pumpkin walk, costume parade, food vendors, beer and wine, and community altars celebrating Dia de los Muertos.
