INCIDENT: Battery with Serious Bodily Injury
LOCATION: 400 Block of D Street
SUSPECT(S): Jerimiah Ochoa, 23-years-old, resident of Needles
VICTIM(S): CONFIDENTIAL
SUMMARY: On Tuesday, October 26, 2021, at approximately 6:58 p.m., deputies assigned to the Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department responded to the 400 Block of D Street reference an assault.
Deputies arrived on scene and learned Jerimiah Ochoa assaulted the victim, then fled the scene.
On Wednesday, October 27, 2021, deputies located Ochoa in Havasu Landing. Ochoa was consequently arrested and booked into the Colorado River Station jail for PC 243(D), Battery with Serious Bodily Injury with a bail amount of $100,000.00
Ochoa remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department, awaiting a court hearing.
