Halloween 2021 
Halloween Hours
Halloween will be celebrated on Sunday, October 31, 2021, from 6 PM – 8 PM. The Borough recommends that residents follow the County, State, and Federal guidelines for trick-or-treating this year.
The Police Department will be out in force patrolling Borough streets to ensure that all speed limits are obeyed.
Parents should dress their children in light or reflective clothing, and an adult or older child should accompany the very young.
