Halloween Safe Zone is scheduled for 4-8 on this Sunday.  As a reminder, Borough Ordinance 99-4 prohibits children under the age of 18 from appearing on the streets, highways, alleys, public parks or public places in the Borough of Mountain Lakes on Halloween (Oct 30 and Oct 31) between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. (with specific exemptions).  Please be courteous to fellow residents and have a safe and healthy Halloween.
