Full Notification

On 10/29/2021 at 5:30 P.M., officers of the Janesville Police Department were dispatched to a trespassing complaint at 338 Cherry St. Officers observed Brian Anderson drive and park his vehicle at this location.  Anderson approached officers displaying signs of impairment.
 
Anderson submitted to Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. Based upon the investigation, the driver was arrested for OWI-4^th offense.  A check of their driving history showed 3 prior alcohol related convictions.  The driver was identified as Brian Anderson.  Anderson provided an evidentiary chemical sample of his blood for testing.  The results of that test are still pending.  Anderson was later transported to the Rock County Jail pending an initial appearance.
