On Saturday, October 30, 2021 at 0443 hours, officers responded to a suspicious vehicle on Railroad Avenue. The driver, Issac F. Umana,18, from Bridgewater, NJ was arrested for DWI and also charged with careless driving, open container, and consumption of an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle. After being processed at headquarters, Umana was released to a family member pending municipal court. The filing of charges is merely one step in the process. A defandant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
