By Executive Order of the Mayor of the Village of Wappingers Falls,
Please be advised that ‘During the evening hours of October 30th, 2021 thru November 1st, 2021 between the hours of 9:00 p.m. to 5: a.m. the following day, it shall be unlawful for any minor to congregate, loiter, wander, remain or play in or upon any public place, public park, public area, street, road or highway in the Village.
A) The terms “remain” and “loiter” mean: 1) linger or stay, or 2) fail to leave premises when requested to do so by a police officer, owner, operator or other person in control of the premises.
B) “Minor” means under the age of 18 years of age.
