October 31, 2021 (Halloween Night) 5:30pm - 8:00pm

"We've had a lot of great responses from our local businesses, churches, and organizations helping with this years Elm Street Halloween Treats on The Streets.  We are excited that we will be able to give out the following prizes (via a ticket drawing) to children 17 years old and under: 
 
(3) $100.00 Cash
(3) Youth Bicycles

One of the local businesses, churches, or organizations we have partnered with will be eligible for a $500 cash drawing.

*All drawings will be held at 8:00pm at the intersection of Elm and Caroline Street.  Must be present to win.

Due to COVID, we have changed the way it will be set up.  Booths will be spaced out starting from First United Methodist Church north on Elm Street to Caroline Street.  Then west on Caroline Street to Maple Street.  North on Maple Street to Elizebeth Street.  East on Elizabeth Street to Elm Street.  South Elm Street back to Caroline Street.  This will create a huge one block walking path that we hope will be able to help keep the distance between people.

We've been asked about a mandatory mask rule.  At this time there is no mandatory mask rule in place.  However, we do encourage you to practice social distancing.  This is the reason we have spread it out over an entire city block.  We are hoping to have plenty of space between booths.

We will be blocking the road around 1:00PM, however the even will officially be from 5:30pm to 8:30PM on Sunday, October 31, 2021 (Halloween Night).
