Happy Halloween! Motorists should be alert this afternoon and evening for trick or treaters.
2:30-4:30pm (activities, games, candy, uptown business trick or treating, etc.)
5:00pm – Lions Club Parade - starts at High/Beech Street. Lineup in the first block of N. Beech Street. Walking parade east on High Street to Uptown Parks. Motorists should detour around High Street. If you are parked in that block of High Street, you may be blocked in until the end of the parade.
5:30-7:30pm – Residential Trick or Treat Night
