Happy Halloween for those who celebrate or Happy Last Day of October if you don't.  Either way, over the next several hours there will be many people out for Trick or Treating or enjoying the perfect weather.  

Let's do our best to travel very cautiously and keep an extra eye out for people, especially our little ones.  We sometimes forget how excited they get for this and maybe they're not paying attention as they should.  Yield to pedestrians, drive a little slower and keep your eyes on the road.  

Mom's and Dad's...keep watch on the kids and remind them to watch out for traffic too.  

Play safe tonight everyone and enjoy a trick, a treat or a little scare, but most of all be careful and watch out for each other.
