Three suspects arrested for mail theft and possession of burglary tools. 
On 10/31/2021, at approximately 1:29 PM, Arcadia Police Officers responded to the area of First Avenue and Diamond Street for a mail theft in progress. An anonymous citizen called to report seeing two male suspects breaking into mailboxes then fleeing in a blue Volvo. Responding officers arrived in the area and located the blue Volvo parked in a nearby alley. The officers detained three subjects associated with the vehicle. Their investigation revealed a female adult and two male adults were in possession of stolen mail and burglary tools. All three suspects were arrested and transported to the Arcadia PD Jail, where they were booked for mail theft and possession of burglary tools.
