Precautionary Boil Advisory issued for parts of Harrisonville 
City staff are currently repairing an 8-inch water main that broke near the corner of Lexington and Sycamore Streets.
At this time we are issuing a precautionary Boil Advisory for homes located between Pearl St and Ash St and to the east of Independence Street and west of Mechanic St (MO-7). The advisory will last 24 hours.
During this time, if you are planning to consume water, please boil it for 3-5 minutes before drinking/cooking with it.
Also during this time, staff will be shutting off the water to 6 homes in the area. A door notice will be left at your home if your water will be shut off.
