Thursday, November 4th - Upcoming Emergency No Parking Restrictions in Albany. 
Please take note of the upcoming emergency no parking restrictions listed below. Vehicles in violations are subject to ticketing and/or tow.
Beginning on Thursday, November 5th at 7:00 a.m. until Monday, November 8th at 6:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on the south side of Delaware Terrace near 7 Delaware Terrace for a moving POD.
Beginning on Thursday, November 5th at 7:00 a.m. until Sunday, December 5th at 6:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on the north side of Elm Street near 187 Elm Street for service vehicles.
On Monday, November 8th from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on the north side of State Street near 343 State Street and the north side of Irving Street near 11 Irving Street for a move.
On Monday, November 8th from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on the south side of Chestnut Street near 112 Chestnut Street for service vehicles.
Beginning on Monday, November 8th at 7:00 a.m. until Wedensday, November 10th at 5:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on the north side of State Street near 255 State Street for service vehicles.
Beginning on Monday, November 8th at 7:00 a.m. until Friday, November 12th at 5:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on the following streets for a city projects:
- Both sides of Second St. from 224-281 Second Street.
- Both sides of Frost Pl. from Eva Ave to # 14 Frost Pl.
- Both sides of Sherman St. from 13-19 Shreman St.
- Both sides of Lexington Ave. from 114-124 Lexington Ave.
- Both sides of Jay St. from 186-198 Jay Street.
