INCIDENT: PC 187 – Murder
LOCATION: 35000 Block of Forest Lane, Yucaipa
VICTIM: Christopher Pearson, 39-year-old resident of Yucaipa
SUSPECT: Matthew Kusko, 32-year-old resident of Yucaipa
SUMMARY: On Friday, November 5, 2021, at approximately 3:00 a.m., Yucaipa deputies responded to the 35000 block of Forest Lane in Yucaipa, for a reported stabbing.
Deputies located Christopher Pearson deceased at the location. Matthew Kusko was detained at the scene and later arrested for PC 187, Murder. Investigators found Kusko and Pearson knew each other prior to the stabbing. There are no outstanding suspects related to the crime.
