INCIDENT: Shooting Investigation

SUSPECT(S): James Dickson, 32-year-old resident of San Bernardino
Andrew Walker, 35-year-old resident of Grand Terrace
Raul Mendoza, 42-year-old resident of San Bernardino
Douglas Fuentes, 24-year-old resident of Moreno Valley
John Madrigal, 23-year-old resident of San Bernardino
VICTIM(S): Confidential male
SUMMARY: On November 6, 2021, at approximately 12:20 a.m., deputies from the Highland Station responded to the 3rd Street Tavern in Highland for a reported shooting. Upon arrival, deputies secured the scene and located a male suffering from a gunshot wound. The man was transported to a local hospital and remains hospitalized.
Detectives with the Sheriff’s Specialized Investigations Division were requested and are conducting the investigation. Multiple suspects were identified and arrested on charges to include, shooting at an inhabited dwelling, felon in possession of a firearm, and assault with a deadly weapon-not a firearm. Two of the suspects suffered non-life-threatening gunshot wounds and another suffered injuries from a physical altercation during the incident. All three men received medical attention prior to being booked into jail.
