* WHAT...Snow occurring. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 8 inches.
* WHERE...Anchorage.
* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to noon AKST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There remains some uncertainty as to the placement of the heaviest snow band and thus total amounts will vary across town. Although winds are expected to be generally light, the fluffy nature of the snow may lead to periods of reduced visibility, particularly in the wake of vehicles.
