Dallas, Irving, Grand Prairie, Desoto, Cedar Hill, Duncanville, Lancaster, University Park, Glenn Heights, Highland Park, Hutchins, Cockrell Hill, Wilmer, Ovilla, Ferris and Cedar Hill State Park. This includes the following highways... Interstate 35E between mile markers 412 and 435. Interstate 20 between mile markers 454 and 474. Interstate 30 between mile markers 32 and 49.
