Jackson Police arrest jewelry thief.

Jackson Police arrest a man who fraudulently purchased a tennis bracelet valuing approximately $7000 from Robert’s Jewelers, located at 405-G Vann Drive.

On November 10th at approximately 2:00 P.M., Jackson Police responded to 405-G Vann Drive for a report of a stolen bracelet.  Responding officers received information that a black male using fake credentials fraudulently purchased a bracelet and left in a U-Haul truck.  The description of the truck was entered into the Flock Safety Camera System.

Within approximately thirty minutes of the theft, the vehicle was located and the occupant was arrested.  The suspect was arrested in possession of the tennis bracelet and other fraudulent credentials. 
Jackson Police are thankful for the technology and assistance of the Flock Safety Camera System.  The Flock Safety Camera System continues to be a valuable investigative tool.
