* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will increase sharply behind a cold front early this afternoon. The strongest wind gusts will be near the coasts.
