* WHAT...West to northwest winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 45
mph expected.
* WHERE...Avery, Yancey, and Mitchell Counties in North Carolina,
plus mountainous portions of Caldwell, Burke and McDowell
Counties.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
