Simi Valley Police arrest three for commercial burglary and criminal conspiracy.

On 11/15/21 at about 5 am, a Simi Valley resident called the police to report that suspicious noises could be heard coming from a closed construction site near Sequoia Avenue and Palm Street.  The resident added that it appeared there were suspects taking construction material from a conex box and went on to provide important details like the suspect vehicle description and the direction of travel as the suspects left the area.
As Simi Valley officers  converged on the area, the suspect vehicle was located and stopped for a traffic violation.  Upon making contact with the occupants, officers were able to identify the stolen property and detained the suspects accordingly.  As the investigation continued to unfold the suspects, later identified as 30 year old Riverside, Ca. resident Louie Alexander, 24 year old Riverside, Ca. resident Joseph Pimenta, and 25 year old Riverside, Ca. resident Armando Jamiaca were all arrested for Commercial Burglary and Criminal Conspiracy. 
Inside the suspects' vehicle officers recovered approximately $10,000.00 worth of stolen property as well as numerous counter-surveillance pieces of equipment.  All three suspects were booked at the Ventura County Main Jail for the listed charges.
