UPDATE #LASD Homicide Detectives Responding to a Death Investigation, 44000 block of Andale Avenue #Lancaster
Los Angeles County Sheriff's Homicide investigators are continuing to assist Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Arson detectives regarding a residential fire that initially occurred on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at approximately 1230 A.M. The location of occurrence is the 44000 block of Andale Avenue in the city of Lancaster.
On the night of the fire, Lancaster Sheriff Deputies along with Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to the location regarding a residential fire and the fire was extinguished. On today’s date, November 15, 2021, at approximately 2:30 P.M., investigators from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Arson Detail returned to the location to conduct an investigation regarding the origins of the fire. While conducting their investigation they discovered a deceased body (unknown female or male) inside the location. At this time the cause of the fire remains unknown and the cause of death to the body also remains unknown.

Los Angeles County Sheriff's Homicide detectives are responding to the 44000 block of Andale Avenue in the city of Lancaster to investigate the circumstances surrounding a recently discovered burnt body. The discovery of the body was reported on November 15, 2021 at approximately 2:25 p.m.
The male adult victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
