* WHERE...Eastern Alaska Range Passes.
* WHEN....Midnight Wednesday to 6 AM Thursday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...North winds 25 to 40 mph developing after midnight.
* AFFECTED AREAS: EASTERN ALASKA RANGE
