Lawrence Township "Deck the Town Hall" Drive-Thru

The Lawrence Township “Deck the Town Hall” drive-thru Tree Lighting will take place on Friday, December 3rd, from 6:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m. at the Lawrence Township Municipal Building, located at 2207 Lawrence Road.
Come cruise through the Township’s holiday-themed light displays. There will be goodie bags for the kids (while supplies last). The Police, Fire Department and Public Works vehicles will be there, as well as a special visit from Santa Claus.
Please bring an unwrapped toy! The Lawrence Township Fraternal Order of Police will be collecting unwrapped new toys during the drive-thru that will be donated to a local charity.

Cat License Notice

If you have not yet licensed your cat, please stop in and get the license.  Beginning December 1 there will be a late fee assessed.  For your convenience, a cat license application can be obtained by clicking here. Holiday COVID Safety Guidance

Although the availability and use of effective vaccines promises a return toward normalcy for this year’s holiday season, it’s still important to continue taking steps to lessen the risk to you, your family, and your friends. Be sure to follow the Health Department recommendations and suggestions and guidelines. Share them with others in your family, community, and place of work.

The State has set up a hotline to register for the vaccine - call 855-568-0545 - Operators are available to assist individuals register for the COVID vaccine.

During the month of November and December, Brush collection will be suspended.  Do not place brush at the curb for pickup. 


Leaf Collection Continues Through December

The Lawrence Township Public Works Department will begin collecting leaves the week of November 1 and will continue through the end of December.
During these two months Public Works will not collect yard waste, so please DO NOT place in the roadway.





 

Bulk Waste Pick-Up

Bulk waste will be picked up on your regular collection day. Bulk waste consists of items to be discarded which are too large to fit into your new cart. Mattresses must be wrapped. The exceptions are "white goods" such as washers, dryers and refrigerators and bulky material too large to fit in the "hopper" of any vehicle used for collection.
