Full Notification

On October 31st at approximately 4:45 PM a black German Shepherd dog attacked another dog being walked by it's owner on the soccer fields at the Youth Sports Complex (101 S. Wuthering Hills Dr.).  The German Shepherd was off leash and the owner did not identify himself to the owner of the dog that was attacked.  The Shepherd's owner collected his dog, and left the area in a full-size black pick-up truck, squealing it's tires in the process.  The driver of the black pick-up is described as a thin white male about 5'9" tall with no facial hair.  The dog that was attacked later died from it's injuries.  Anyone with information on the suspect is asked to call the Janesville Police Department via the non-emergency dispatch number of 608-757-2244 or via Crime Stoppers.  JPD incident #JV2155082
