Santa Run is a fun and festive way to kick off the Holiday Season. Runners and walkers of all levels and ages are invited to participate and strollers are welcome. Santa suits are not required, but highly encouraged. Other festive attire such as your favorite ugly Christmas sweater, elf costume, or reindeer ears are acceptable. The more sparkle and jingle - the better! Bring a group of friends, co-workers, family, or come solo……. this event is all about spreading Holiday spirit and good cheer! So, bring your Ho Ho Ho and your Fa La La La and let’s kick off the Holiday season together!

RACE FEATURES Festive course with themed stations along route. Each participant will receive a medal. Complimentary hot chocolate bar for registered participants at the “North Pole” Finish Line. Boonton PBA 212 will be sponsoring our “North Pole” Finish Line Adult Celebration (over 21 and must have valid ID). Celebration entry is included with race registration. Santa Run “cup only option” is available for purchase and entry to the North Pole Finish Line Celebration for those not wanting to participate in the Run.

RACE REGISTRATION Online – www.boonton.recdesk.com Santa suits are available as an add on for $6.00 Suits are Adult – one size fits most (L, XL) Youth – one size fits most (6-9 yr) Registration October 9, 2021- November 15, 2021. Pricing is as follows: Adults – (13 and older) $30.00 Children – (12 and under) $20.00 Finish Line “Cup Only” option - $10.00 Registration closes November 15, 2021, at 11:59 PM. We will NOT have day of event registration. Sorry, No Refunds!

SANTA SUIT PICKUP Anyone receiving a Santa suit, will receive it at packet pickup. If you would like to pick it up prior to race day, special arrangements can be made. Please email [email protected] to set up a pickup dates and time. Santa suits are not required, but highly encouraged. To keep the vibe merry and jolly, we request if you are not wearing a Santa Suit, that you wear some form of a holiday costume or attire.

PACKET PICKUP Packets will be available for pickup at Boonton Senior Center on race day from 7AM – 8:45AM. Race will begin promptly at 9AM.

COURSE Start at Santa Land and follow the course down Main Street, making sure to soak in all the holiday fun. Hang a left at the Town Hall and head down Lathrop Ave turning left onto Maple Ave. Make your way to the North Pole Finish Line Celebration. Note: This course will NOT be certified. We will have an air horn start and there will be a clock at the finish line.

PETS Although we love our pets………they will need to sit this one out. No pets will be permitted.

EVENT CANCELATION POLICY This event is scheduled to be held rain/snow or shine. In the case of severe weather, Boonton Recreation reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the run. We reserve the right to modify the course for safety concerns. We pledge to make every effort to produce a fair, safe, and exciting event for all. Any decision made to cancel or modify the Santa Run is based on the overall event and participant safety.

UPDATES Sometimes changes or adjustments need to me made. Sometimes, we just simply make a mistake. Always check on race information and any updates that may be made on our website – www.boonton.org and click on the Recreation tab. Santa Run information will be under the Special Events section.
