PRESS RELEASE: ROAD RAGE INCIDENT LEADS TO AN AGGRAVATED ASSAULT; IDENTIFICATION NEEDED 
On the night of Tuesday, November 16, 2021, the victim and the suspect, pictured above, were separately driving in the 2000 block of Geer Road and were nearly involved in a minor traffic collision. As a result of this near collision, the unidentified suspect followed the victim to a local gas station. The suspect approached the victim and assaulted him, leaving the victim unconscious.
At approximately 10:00 pm, officers responded to a call of a person down and located the victim in a parking lot in the 1200 block of Geer Road. The victim was bleeding and unresponsive upon their arrival.
The victim was transported to a local area hospital with potential life threatening injuries and was held overnight for treatment and monitoring.
Detectives were assigned to this investigation and were able to locate an image of the suspect, who is described as a light skinned Hispanic or Black male adult in his thirties, approximately 5’11 with a muscular build.
