* WHAT...Blowing snow reducing visibility to one quarter mile at times. Additional snow accumulations of 1 to 7 inches.

* WHERE...Portage Valley and Whittier.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM AKST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Westerly winds gusting to 40 mph near Whittier causing visibility to drop as low as one quarter mile at times. Westerly winds gusting to 20 mph in Portage Valley reducing visibility to one half mile.
