We are aware of what appears to be an isolated power outage in the Town of Ossining. Con Edison is on scene for repairs but they estimate restoration to be completed sometime tomorrow morning. Although it appears to be only a relatively small number of homes impacted, the cold temperatures make it a potentially dangerous situation.
