The following winter parking restrictions begin Wednesday, December 1 and will be in effect until March 1.
City Wide
-Must park on the ODD/EVEN side of the street between 7am-5pm
-On odd days park on the odd numbered side of the street between 7am-5pm
-On even days park on the even numbered side of the street between 7am-5pm
Terrace Parking
-Terrace parking is only allowed on the streets that prohibit parking on one side of the street.
Downtown Regulations

-Must park on the ODD/EVEN side of the street between 12 am-7 am
-On odd day park on the odd numbered side of the street between 12am-7am
-On even days park on the even numbered side of the street between 12am-7am
-Where parking is allowed on only one side of the street the parking ban is between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m.
