Streets to close in downtown Danville for the Lighting of the Old Oak Tree 
Several downtown streets will be closed for the annual Lighting of the Old Oak Tree on Friday, November 26th. Street closures will run from 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.  Motorists are asked to use caution and expect delays. This traditional event is back in person this year and will take place rain or shine. The evening program starts at 5:15 p.m. on Diablo Road and is due to conclude by 8:00 p.m.
