* WHAT...Blowing snow occurring. West wind 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 40 mph continuing. Widespread blowing snow will reduce visibility to one half mile at times. Additional snow accumulations of 1 to 4 inches.

* WHERE...Whittier.

* WHEN...Until 9 PM AKST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Light, powdery snow will be easily blown around causing abrupt reductions to visibility.

* AFFECTED AREAS: WESTERN PRINCE WILLIAM SOUND
