* WHAT...Blowing snow expected. West wind 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 40 mph. Widespread blowing snow will reduce visibility to one half mile at times. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 6 inches.

* WHERE...Whittier.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to noon AKST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Light, powdery snow will be easily blown around causing abrupt reductions to visibility.

* AFFECTED AREAS: WESTERN PRINCE WILLIAM SOUND
