Detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Missing Persons Detail are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Nicole Lacea Higgins, a 35 year-old Hispanic female who was last seen on Sunday, November 21, 2021 at 11:30 a.m., on the 13700 block of Crewe Street in the city of Whittier.
Mrs. Higgins is described as 5’07”, 260lbs., with brown eyes and brown hair.
She was last seen wearing a blue and yellow dress.
