Lane Closures at N. Richmond Road (IL Route 31) and Blake Boulevard/Road on 12/2 and 12/3 
From the hours of 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 2nd and Friday, December 3rd, 2021, the intersection of N. Richmond Road (IL Route 31) and Blake Boulevard/Road will be impacted by the following lane closures:
- Northbound Richmond Road at Blake Boulevard – reduced to one lane of traffic
- Eastbound Blake Boulevard, east of Richmond Road – reduced to one lane of traffic
- One eastbound turn lane in the southbound Richmond Road lane at Blake Boulevard will be closed
