The victim in this incident has been identified as Salvador Torres-Vasquez of New Castle.
This incident remains under investigation and further details will be released when possible.

Wilmington Police are investigating a fatal shooting incident that occurred at approximately 9 a.m. in the 1200 block of West Third Street.
Police located a 42-year-old male gunshot victim who was transported to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
