* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Blowing snow Wednesday evening will reduce visibilities.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Greatest snowfall rates expected overnight Wednesday and will continue into Thursday night. Accumulations will be highly variable in snow showers. Snow will become more powdery through time and accumulate quickly.
