Temple City to Host COVID-19 Vaccine and Flu Shot Clinic at Live Oak Park on Fri., Dec. 10, 8am - 12pm. 
The City of Temple City, in partnership with the Chinatown Service Center (CSC), will be hosting a COVID-19 vaccine and flu shot clinic at Live Oak Park (10144 Bogue St., Temple City) on Friday, December 10, 2021, from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
First, second and booster shots for all three vaccines (Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson) will be avilable. In addition to the COVID-19 vaccine, participants may also receive the flu shot. Pre-registration is highly encouraged, but walk-ups are welcome. To register, please use the links below:
