NWS Alert: https://inws.ncep.noaa.gov/a/a.php?i=63629626
Precautionary Measures: A flood watch means that conditions are favorable for flash flooding. Flash Flooding is LIFE THREATENING. Do not cross fast
flowing water in your vehicle or on foot. Stay away from streams, drainage ditches, and low lying areas prone to flooding. Rainfall and runoff may also cause hazardous driving conditions due to ponding, reduced visibility and poor braking action. Do not cross fast flowing or rising water in your vehicle, or on foot. Turn around, don't drown.
