Deadline to apply for City's Covid money is TODAY!
The City of Jefferson received an allotment of funds from the Federal Government's American Rescue Plan Act. This round of relief funds is meant to provide assistance to residents and business owners that have been adversely affected by Covid in ANY WAY since March 2021. Some examples include: loss of work, cut in hours, you or someone in your home had Covid, supply shortages for your business, inability to keep/pay employees, loss in revenue, delayed opening of a business, cancellation or elimination of services or events because of covid...and more!
Applicants must reside, and businesses must be located, within the City limits of Jefferson. THE DEADLINE TO APPLY FOR THIS FREE ASSISTANCE IS TODAY! (Applications placed over the weekend in the City's secure payment drop box, located in the City Hall parking lot, will be accepted)
Applications can be found on the home page of the City's website: www.jeffersonoregon.org, or picked up at City Hall until 5pm today.
