* WHEN...From 6 AM Monday to 6 AM AKST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snowfall rates will be Monday afternoon through Monday evening. A mix or change to rain is expected early Tuesday.
